Working with Nancy

Our Studio Director Nancy found Pilates through her own experience of living with a back injury and chronic pain for over 20 years. 

Inspired by her personal journey, Nancy founded Moor Pilates to create a space where others can experience the health and wellness benefits that movement and exercise can provide.
