We offer a selection of Reformer and Mat Pilates classes that provide a full-body workout. Each class is designed to build your strength, mobility, flexibility, and mental well-being, all while being a fun experience. 

Book a single drop-in class, or purchase a package of classes that allows you to attend any class each week.

Reformer Pilates

  • Reformer: Fundamentals

    Welcome to the start of your Pilates journey! Our Fundamentals Reformer class is perfect for beginners, those with health conditions, or anyone returning to exercise after injury. This fun and welcoming class introduces you to the world of Pilates and the Reformer machine. You'll learn the basics, from mastering the Reformer to understanding core Pilates principles, all while improving your mobility, flexibility, and core strength.

    It's an ideal starting point for those new to Pilates or looking for a gentle, supportive experience. No experience necessary – everyone is welcome!

  • Reformer: Align

    Now you know the fundamentals, let’s build on that. We will start to challenge you and build your control, precision, and strength.

    While we recommend attending a Fundamentals class first, everyone is welcome to join.

  • Reformer: Energise

    Our more advanced class. Expect a mix of bigger, more advanced exercises to build on your strength and faster flows where we build through the exercises. Expect to get sweaty!

    We recommend attending at least five Align classes before joining Energise to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

  • Reformer: Flow & Strength

    We will build on different themes, expanding your experience on the reformer. Some weeks this may be a slower class with heavier springs, and other times a faster class flowing through sequences.

    To get the most out of this class, we recommend attending at least five Align classes first.

  • Reformer: Stretch & Restore

    A calming and restorative class focused on gentle stretching and mindful movement to help you relax, unwind, and recover.

    This class is open to everyone, regardless of experience.

Mat Pilates

  • Mat Pilates: Align

    A floor-based class using a variety of supporting equipment including bands, Pilates ring and blocks.

    A mixed-level class including some intermediate variations for building strength and flexibility. Suitable everyone, no experience required.

  • Mat Pilates: Energise

    This dynamic class builds on the foundation of Align, introducing bigger, more challenging exercises to enhance your strength and faster flows to test your control and stamina.

  • Mat Dynamic

    If you’re ready to challenge yourself further, our Mat Dynamic class takes your practice up a notch. This more intense, fast-paced session focuses on dynamic movements that build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall fitness.

    Ideal for those familiar with Pilates and looking to push their boundaries on the mat.

    Not suitable for beginners.
